| Parents may have the illusion that child predators
are all loners. Actually, many predators network with fellow predators
to provide mutual validation, share child pornography, access victims,
and profit from child exploitation. The ease with which predators
can cooperate to access victims calls into question the effectiveness of
youth protection programs which require that an adult not be alone with
a youth. Are two conspiring adults any safer? This section
provides web resources related to predator networks -- the "child predator
community." As you watch the video below, you will see one example
of law enforcement watching the online activities of child sexual predators
throughout the United States as they share pornography with each other. |
